Joe Thumma (Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma) is a serial entrepreneur with a 25+ years track record of success. Joe worked at IBM Singapore, Swiss Re USA and JP Morgan Chase before starting his first entrepreneurial venture in 2007. He then launched JNIT Technologies Inc. Under all his companies now has about 1200+ people with offices in the US, Mexico, Canada, and India. In 2017, Joe and his team brought JNIT to the Bombay Stock Exchange under the name ‘Magellanic Cloud’ (BSE: MCLOUD).

He also invested/acquired multiple technology companies such Motivity Labs Inc., HelixSense (IOT/AI/ML enabled Asset, Property and Facility Management platform), IVIS & Provigil(IOT/AI/ML based e-security & surveillance), MDrone Solutions (Drone based services/solutions and drone delivery) to name a few. Joe’s has operations running at different places Irving, TX, San Francisco, CA, Mexico, Canada with Development Center in Hyderabad, India.

Venky Ramasamy is a strategic visionary leader with over 20 years of proven experience in Information Technology and Engineering domains. He started his career in the development and management of large software projects and pursued a career path as a key member of the Leadership Team where he was instrumental in growing the sales team in the US & Canada and offshore/nearshore teams in India, Guatemala, and Mexico. He also focused on leading Sales, Delivery, and Operations. He was responsible for driving the company’s strategic initiatives, advanced technology solutions, and corporate marketing as well as managing strategic relationships with key clients. He cofounded Aptino, a global technology consulting firm, and grew the company as “One of the Fastest Growing Companies” as recognized by Inc. 5000.

Venky lives in Dallas, TX with his family. When he is not working, you will likely find him on a golf course or doing activities with his family.

Arun Venkatesan

Arun has a vast experience of 22 years in the field of VLSI. He has held a variety of technical and managerial positions in esteemed design companies like Infineon Technologies, and Qualcomm India. He was responsible for implementation and signoff activities to develop complex multi-million transistor chip designs. These include networking baseband processors, high-speed CPU subsystems for mobile chipsets, etc. The desire to build an organization from ground up led him to join the Eximius Design founding team. He started the company’s India operations in 2014 with the ASIC Implementation Group. Arun has successfully groomed a team of more than 450 people throughout APAC and was instrumental in establishing offshore design centers in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Malaysia. At Eximius design, he managed to cater to almost all the leading design houses in the semiconductor industry such as Intel, Qualcomm, Google, Samsung, Broadcomm, etc. In the year 2020 Eximius was acquired by Wipro Technologies. Arun brings with him a vast industry experience along with the ability to handle the constantly changing needs of start-ups.
